1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the ab67.club website (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, guidelines, and policies published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you (the "Player") and ab67 (the "Operator") with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail over any translated or summarised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the ab67 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ab67 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18+ with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purposes of resale or arbitrage.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or officer of ab67 or any of its associated software providers or payment partners, nor are you a close family member of such a person.
• You have not been self-excluded from ab67 or any other gambling platform, and you are not subject to a court order or other legal restriction prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

ab67 actively supports responsible gaming and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the player relationship, not only at the first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and wagering on ab67, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are required to keep all registration information up to date. You may update your details at any time through the account settings section of the Platform.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is strictly limited to one registered account on ab67. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, ab67 reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Void all pending bets and bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts.
• Withhold any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending a full investigation.
• Permanently ban the player from re-registering on the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. ab67 recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and enable OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your sole responsibility. ab67 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ab67 requires you to complete a KYC identity verification by submitting a legible copy of a valid government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. ab67 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Processing of withdrawal requests may be paused pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ab67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Commercial Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on ab67 is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. ab67 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are processed instantly and credited to your ab67 balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to be credited depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank. Withdrawal requests are processed by ab67 within one to two business days following satisfactory KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day.

4.4 Player-Owned Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. ab67 reserves the right to void any deposit and associated winnings if it determines that the funding source is not owned by the registered account holder.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on ab67 are eligible to receive a 100% match welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including via duplicate accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on ab67 are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as detailed in individual promotion terms) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual Terms, accessible from the Promotions section of the Platform.

• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• ab67 reserves the right to amend wagering requirements with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ab67 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: hedging bets to neutralise bonus wagering risk, wagering on outcomes with near-certain results to fulfil wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of reload bonuses across duplicate accounts, and any form of collusion with other players for bonus farming purposes. ab67 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, at its sole discretion.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. ab67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other events are subject to their own individual Terms published at the time of the promotion's launch.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ab67 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Operator.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting markets or casino game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Uploading, transmitting, or disseminating any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward ab67 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership to circumvent Platform policies.

ab67 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, ab67 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ab67.club Platform — including but not limited to the ab67 brand name, logo, graphic design elements, software code, game content provided by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), text, images, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of ab67 or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ab67 or the relevant intellectual property owner.

Game content hosted on the Platform is licensed to ab67 by its respective software providers. All such content remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of any game content outside the Platform, including screen recording and redistribution of game streams for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab67 (including its directors, employees, contractors, and agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or potential winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or Platform downtime.
• Errors or delays in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawal requests caused by third-party payment processors.
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances beyond ab67's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate or outdated.
• Emotional distress, psychological harm, or financial hardship resulting from gambling losses on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, the limitations above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ab67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

9 Amendments & Termination

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

ab67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ab67 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-Platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the Platform.

9.2 Account Closure by You

You may close your ab67 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. ab67 will retain certain account data for the period required by applicable law and our internal compliance policies.

9.3 Account Closure by ab67

ab67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ab67 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) ab67 has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has occurred in connection with the account; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

9.4 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. All communications between ab67 and players, including support correspondence and official notifications, are conducted in English, aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
